A Fort Worth native, attorney, Culinary School of Fort Worth graduate, and certified sommelier, Markus created Blackland with a passion for exceptional food, spirits, and hospitality. Now he's bringing that passion to Ellerbe for one special night.
Your evening begins with complimentary passed hors d'oeuvres from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, followed by a three-course dinner at 6:30 PM, with each course thoughtfully paired to showcase the versatility of Blackland's spirits.
