Join us Thursday, August 27, for our August Around the World Dinner, a three-course evening inspired by the flavors and regions of France.
The journey begins on the coast with beurre blanc mussels in white wine, Dijon, herbs, and lemon. From there, we move to the countryside with pâté de campagne, served with apples, walnuts, frisée, and stout mustard cream. The evening ends in the city with delicate crêpes, cherry-orange beurre monté, and Chantilly.
