We have many exciting things in store for you this year, our 10th anniversary. One way we're going to celebrate is by highlighting a different country or region's cuisine each month. In November, we've got game - wild game. We will have quail, deer, and wild boar brought in by local hunters and prepared by our chefs, who will use every play in their books to whip up spectacular gourmet dishes.
