This month’s Around the World Dinner features three chef-driven courses, beginning with Kashk-e Bademjan, a roasted eggplant dish with caramelized onion, garlic, dried mint, and kashk. The evening continues with Fesenjan, chicken braised in walnut and pomegranate molasses, and ends with Sohan, a saffron toffee brittle with pistachios.
Dinner is $58 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for $22 per person.
