Switchback Ridge Wine Dinner

We are thrilled to once again, share the beautiful, handcrafted estate wines of Switchback Ridge, sourced exclusively from the Peterson Family Vineyard in Calistoga. Switchback Ridge benefits from an incredible vineyard site and one of the most talented winemakers in the industry - Robert (Bob) Foley.  Ashley Peterson, managing partner, will be joining us at Ellerbe for the evening.

The season is beginning to change, and so is our menu. Get ready for new additions every week. Come in tonight to enjoy our Scott Farm Fried Okra with Jalapeno Buttermilk Dressing  served at Dinner and lunch. We brought back by request the Grilled Chicken and Market Vegetable Salad, chopped Romaine , Grilled Vegetables, Housemade Caesar Dressing and Torn Croutons. You won't want to miss this delicious addition to our Lunch menu!

Wine Class at TCU

Becoming a wine expert can be a overwhelming journey, but it may be easier than you think. Richard will walk down a simple path of steps to get your started of becoming a wine expert. This class will help with your confidence in drinking wine with those wine snobs, ordering wine from sommeliers and buying or collecting wine from your local retailer. Let's go beyond just the basics of understanding vino, learn how to enhance and expand your palate, what are the best sources of information for wine, and best of all we will try some pretty remarkable wine together and talk through all of theme. The class will be held at TCU on September 19th at 6:30pmClick here to register for the class.
