Massolino Winery has been dedicated to the production of great wines from the Langhe area of Piedmont for four generations. Massolino has some of the  most prestigious cru vineyard sites in Serralunga d’Alba, producing Chardonnay, Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo d’Alba, Moscato d’Asti, and Barolo.  Join us as owner Franco Massolino shares 6 elegant wines from Piedmont and Chef Molly McCook pairs the wines with an Italian 5-course dinner on November 13.

We always look forward to pheasant season, and this year we celebrate with our newest dinner entree: a Citrus and Sage Brined Airline Pheasant, smothered in our house made Pepper Jelly.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner! Let us make your holiday celebration simpler and even more delicious: Ellerbe will prepare “everything but the bird” for your Thanksgiving Day feast, leaving more time for you to enjoy your family and friends.

Order delectable sides like savory butternut squash and gruyere bread pudding, and creamed spinach, as well as holiday classics like mashed potatoes and broccoli and rice casserole. And how could you resist getting a pecan pie and butternut squash and crème fraiche tart for dessert!

Orders will be ready Wednesday the 26th and Thursday the 27th for pick up at the restaurant or delivery to your home. Ellerbe Fine Foods will be closed Thursday, November 27, and will reopen for dinner Friday, November 28.

The Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival’s cookbook is also available at Ellerbe’s market.

Edible Dallas and Fort Worth, The Cookbook is another great book that’s available now on Amazon and features Molly’s zucchini soup.

Meatless in Cowtown is available for pre-order on Amazon and will be published in May of 2015. Chef Molly’s zucchini soup recipe will be featured.
