Relic Wine Dinner

Husband and wife team Mike Hirby and Schatzi Throckmorton met at Behrens and Hitchcock, where Mike was assistant winemaker. Their focus has always been to make wines that are not only natural expressions of their vineyards, but that taste delicious as well. Their passion for winemaking has earned Relic a spot on the ten up and coming new wineries list by Wine Spectator.

Mike Hirby will be joining us for this exclusive wine dinner during Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival week.  Please join us for five of Relic's sumptuous wines, expertly paired with four courses of Chef Molly's fresh cuisine.
