Blue Zones Project

Last week we were proud participants in the first ever Blue Zones Project. The Blue Zones Project is a community-wide well-being improvement initiative to help make healthy choices easier for everyone in Fort Worth. We are did our part by offering a "Blue Zone" item on our menu that was a healthy, yet delicious option: 
Herbed Chevre Stuffed Portobello Steak with garlic hummus, spiced couscous, wilted greens, and red pepper coulis.

Jonata Wine Dinner
Celebrate spring and join us April 2nd with Jonata,  known for a commitment in particular to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. The Jonata wines are on the forefront of an emerging quality movement in California winegrowing that combines Old World tradition with New World practices.  Jonata (pronounced 'ho-na-ta') has been producing 90+ point wines since their first vintage in 2007.  With 6 wines from winemaker, Matt Dees, an "artist" in the business, and Chef Molly McCook's 5 courses, it is sure to be a night to remember. $160 per person, does not include tax and gratuity.
