Ellerbe Fine Foods Holiday Celebration Begins in November:  Fort Worth Foodies Can Enjoy Massolino Wine Dinner,
EbtB* Thanksgiving Take Out, Private Party Bookings and More

 

(Fort Worth, Texas) --- Richard King, co-owner and general manager of Ellerbe Fine Foods in Fort Worth, Texas, has announced that Chef Molly McCook’s kitchen will offer DFW restaurant lovers lots to celebrate in and out of the restaurant this fall. From a very special wine dinner with a lovely Italian accent to side dishes that grace any thanksgiving table to a most delightful setting your company and family parties throughout the holidays, Ellerbe has it all.

Ellerbe *Everything but the Bird Thanksgiving Take Out
Ellerbe will once again delight the community with the opportunity to enjoy Chef Molly’s cooking around the family table by ordering delicious side dishes beginning on Monday, November 3 by phone 817-926-3663. Ellerbe can make Thanksgiving lunch, dinner and left overs easy on the hosts by offering “Everything but the Bird” to make any size Thanksgiving gathering special.
On the EbtB Take Out Menu:
  • mashed potatoes
  • savory butternut squash and gruyere bread pudding
  • creamed spinach
  • pecan pie
  • butternut squash and crème fraiche tarts
Orders must be placed between Monday, November 3 and Friday, November 21. For more details, a full menu and pick-up and delivery information, please visit our website.
 
Dishes will be available for pick-up or deliver on Wednesday, November 26 and until noon on Thursday, November 27.

Massolino Wine Dinner November 13
Ellerbe offers wine lovers a night with Massolino Winery’s owner, Franco Massolino as he shares 6 elegant wines from Piedmont and Chef Molly McCook pairs the wines with an Italian 5-course dinner on November 13. Massolino Winery has been dedicated to the production of great wines from the Langhe area of Piedmont for four generations. Massolino has some of the  most prestigious cru vineyard sites in Serralunga d’Alba, producing Chardonnay, Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo d’Alba, Moscato d’Asti, and Barolo.
