Celebrate Your Wedding with Ellerbe!

Ellerbe recently entertained the friends and family of Shannon and Blake Elmquist the night before their wedding. Shannon wanted the space to feel casual, chic and summery and we love the end result! The bride-to-be said, “We couldn't be more pleased with Ellerbe, the entire staff was very attentive and upbeat all night. They were great with the small children and were willing to accommodate any needs we had.” To read more, click here.

Brigitte Rosé

Notes from Richard:
Rosé is always one of my favorite wines to drink year round but I especially love them in the summer time.  France has been making this wine for centuries but it is relatively new to the U.S. and other countries and is far from your Grandmother’s White Zin. Rosés are always beautiful shades of pink that ranges in all flavors from dry to more of medium bodied pink wine. This month’s feature is Bello Family Vineyard made by the iconic Aaron Pott. This gem has lots strawberry, bing cherry flavors with fresh acidity that makes this wine very refreshing. Drink it on your porch or just grilling out with friends.  These wines are very food friendly and can be a great value when you find ones like this. Come by Ellerbe to try this wine on us on August 5th, 6th, and 7th

Celebrate Your Wedding With Ellerbe

Continued from above: The bride and groom currently live in San Francisco, so the groom’s mother worked with Chef Molly to choose Napa Valley inspired wines and passed appetizers that paired well. Check out the full menu here“Having the indoors and outdoors was really nice and kept the party flowing. Also having the split rooms kept the volume of the party from getting too loud and we were all able to come together easily for toasts.”

Ellerbe would be honored to make your next event an unforgettable one, whether it’s in your home, our restaurant, or beyond. We will customize a seasonal menu ideal for your palate, your party, and your pocketbook.
