Ellerbe offers wine lovers a night with Massolino Winery’s owner, Franco Massolino as he shares 6 elegant wines from Piedmont, and Chef Molly McCook pairs the wines with an Italian 5-course dinner on November 13.
Massolino Winery has been dedicated to the production of great wines from the Langhe area of Piedmont for four generations. Massolino has some of the most prestigious cru vineyard sites in Serralunga d’Alba, producing Chardonnay, Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo d’Alba, Moscato d’Asti, and Barolo.
